Machinery, Files & Skills

AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, pro/ENGINEER and most 2D and 3D design programs. We work in most design formats: .dwg, .dxf, .CATPart, .igs, .ige, .iges, .jt, .x_b, .x_t, .g, .nev, .pdf, .sat, .smt, .stp, .ste, .step, .stpz, .stl, .xgl., .zdl, and others; or just bring in a broken part and we’ll figure it out.

We perform general machine shop work, CNC turning, CNC milling, wire EDM machining, die repairs and modifications, jigs, fixtures, tools, hand pour molds, surface grinding, I.D. and O.D threading, splines, heat treating, prototype parts, die blocks, small assembly machines, guides, wire forms, special punch and die shapes, coil winding, holders, gages, electrodes, form grinding, mechanical components, reverse engineering, heat treating, key way broaching, and small lot assembly. From one to five hundred parts are our specialty.
